Acacius of Beroea
Acacius of Beroea was a fifth-century bishop of Beroea in Syria, a veteran of the Antiochene church who mediated the reconciliation of Cyril of Alexandria and John of Antioch in 433. His letter to Cyril and his long episcopate made him a father of the union that ended the first Nestorian crisis.
