Aponius was a Christian author of uncertain date, probably a fifth- or sixth-century writer, remembered for a Latin exposition of the Song of Songs read in the early medieval church. Little is known of his life; his commentary survives as a minor monument of the Latin monastic exegesis of the Canticle.
