Council of Constantinople (381AD)
The Council of Constantinople of 381 was the second ecumenical council, called by Theodosius to complete the work of Nicaea. Its expanded creed - the Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed still sung at Mass - confessed the divinity of the Holy Spirit, and its canons established the precedence of Constantinople.
