The Gwynllyw Hagiographer is the anonymous author of the medieval Life of Saint Gwynllyw, the warrior-saint of Gwent. Composed in the eleventh or twelfth century, it preserves the legend of the chieftain who turned monk and fathered Saint Cadoc.
