Hagiographer of Rahan

The Rahan Hagiographer is the anonymous author of the early account of the Expulsion of Mochuda from Rahen, an eighth-century text preserving the Munster tradition of the saint’s wandering. His work is the earliest version of one of the most beloved of the Irish saints’ stories.
