Haymo of Halberstadt

Haymo of Halberstadt was a ninth-century Benedictine monk who became bishop of Halberstadt in Saxony, trained at Fulda and counted among the exegetes of the Carolingian revival. His commentaries on the prophets and the epistles long circulated under the name of Haimo of Auxerre and were printed among the Fathers.
