Mo Cholmóc mac ua Béoáin is the early Irish cleric to whom the Admonition (Cosc Mo Cholmóc) is ascribed — a string of verse maxims on what a man should shun and pursue, preserved in the Book of Lismore. Nothing certain is known of him beyond the sayings that bear his name.
