The Monk of Kinnealy is the anonymous author of the Life of Saint Naile (Natalis), the founder-abbot who gave his name to Cill Naile (Kinnealy, Kinawly) in Fermanagh and to the neighbouring Inver Naile in Donegal. Written in the twelfth century, it preserves the traditions of one of the early saints of the Irish north-west.
