Paschasius Radbertus
Paschasius Radbertus was a ninth-century monk and abbot of Corbie, the most learned Carolingian theologian of the Eucharist. His treatise On the Body and Blood of the Lord, the first systematic Latin work on the sacrament, and his commentaries and life of Adalhard made him a father of medieval sacramental doctrine.
