Pseudo-Cyprian
Pseudo-Cyprian is the name given to the unknown authors of Latin works once ascribed to Cyprian of Carthage: treatises on chastity, on the vanity of idols and the letter to Novatian. The corpus shows the martyr-bishop’s authority invoked for the moral teaching of the following centuries.
