Raven of Slinghawe
Raven of Slinghawe is a shadowy figure of the early Hexham tradition, remembered in the northern annals as a local notable of the twelfth century associated with the church of the saints of Hexham. Little certain is recorded of him beyond the place-name and the tradition that bound his memory to that monastery.
