Robert of Tombelaine was an eleventh-century Norman monk, abbot of Mont-Saint-Michel and later founder of the priory of Tombelaine. His commentary on the Song of Songs, dedicated to the canons of Avranches, is among the earliest Norman contributions to the exegesis of the great spiritual text.
